Youth champions
85%
So that’s who we work with. Every school we partner with appoints a youth champion — a pupil in a yellow t-shirt, easy to find, who other children can quietly tell when something’s wrong. They also decide what their school needs from us.
Survey of 400 schools, conducted with Lancaster University.
How youth champions work

Free for everyone
Some children fell behind with reading during covid and never quite caught up. Some are home-schooled. Families come to our hub to work on it — and now there's something to use at home too.
No sign-up, no account, nothing tracked. Use it and close the tab.
The difference it makes
We're a handful of volunteers on the Fylde coast. Here's what that adds up to.
Support us
Everyone here is an unpaid volunteer, so whatever you give goes further than you'd expect.
Every penny goes into the things that actually change a child’s week — a buddy bench, a school uniform, an hour with someone who listens.
Where kindness began
Nic is a real dog, and this is his book. Michelle wrote it, and it's the reason there's a charity at all.
£7.99 plus £1.99 delivery, and every copy comes with a free forget-me-not.

Closed Sundays, unless there's an event on.
All three are next door to each other on the same parade, so you’ll find the lot in one go.
